KYjellyProsecution or persecution? With one of the defendants going by the name of Jesus, you’ll forgive our confusion. Just a day after news broke that a Manhattan grand jury was preparing to indict Full Tilt Poker principals on money laundering charges, Kentucky has piled on, announcing that it will sue on behalf of state residents who lost money playing on the poker site.
