WillHungOne legacy of the internet’s ever-expanding multiplicity of entertainment options is that Andy Warhol’s maxim about everyone getting their ’15 minutes of fame’ needs to be dialed down to 15 seconds. Well, Chatroulette is at 14 seconds and counting. No sooner had we been subjected to Guardian Roulette, the phenomenon swam the pond to incorporate the New York Times. Can hardly wait for Rupert Murdoch’s Wall Street Journal roulette, in which you’re magically transported from one registration-only screen to another. Read more.

    IMO Chatroulette.com is not the magic part of this, it is the low attention spans and fun of random content that makes this a hit. Look for tons of sites to adopt this.
