FrankieSCasino dealers at Lake Tahoe’s Cal Neva Lodge have officially declared ‘no more bets’, closing another door on that fabled Rat Pack era of booze, broads and larger than life swingers. One of Nevada’s first legal gaming establishments, the joint was owned by Sinatra himself in the early 1960s, but has since fallen victim to the recession, changing tastes and expanded gaming options.
