America waking up to online gambling misinformation

It seems that not all Americans are as thick as they would have us believe. Results of a recent survey into attitudes towards online gaming have revealed that United States nationals who don’t realise that there is actually no law against online gambling is declining. Despite the efforts by the Department of Justice – which incorrectly claims that the Wire Act makes online betting against the law (it only applies to sports betting) – and special interest groups like the NFL and bible bashers, the general public is becoming aware of the lack of a law that makes internet gambling illegal.
