It’s that time again my friends! Winter is over, spring is in the air, Victory Poker has launched, the SBC site has launched, and Caselli is turning 30- what perfect excuses the igaming community has to celebrate! Thanks to Lyceum Media and the Sports Betting Community, we’ve got two back-to-back igaming socials taking place in London next month so we can celebrate in style, and probably kill half our brain cells while doing it. I am very happy to announce that CalvinAyre.com is the official media sponsor for both events, so yours truly will be there with bells on and naturally providing written, pictorial, and video evidence of the all festivities for your viewing pleasure.

IGaming Social EVITE thumbnailLets begin with the iGaming Spring Social taking place on Thursday, 8th April at No 5 Club. This fine event hosted by Lyceum Media has been organized by Jodie, the same gal who organized the naked chicks at Fire & ICE 2010, so you know it’s going to be good. This annual Spring iGaming Social is particularly special this year because we are also celebrating the launch of Victory Poker and because it’s the 4th Annual 30th birthday party for Caselli and Aideen. Sponsors include Victory Poker, the main booze sponsor so please be sure to give Danny boy a big kiss when you see him, and iGaming Super Show, an event that predicts an attendance of 2000+ in Prague this coming May. The party starts at 7:30 and goes until god knows when, so I’ll see you there at some point!

The very next night, Friday, 9th April, Rasmus and Jake have organized a spring Sports Book Community social in celebration of their first anniversary and the launch of the SBC website. This social is open to all SBC members, so if you’re not a member and think you should be, register right now so you can join us on the 9th. There will be cake, there will be free booze, and there will be very good company enjoying the cake and booze, so you really cannot miss this one. Sponsors include Verisign and iGaming Super Show, so you have them to thank as you enjoy the free drinks after work at 19-20 Bar in the luxury of our own private networking area. Seeing as the private SBC area will be a total sausage fest, we’ll head to the downstairs bar with a DJ later in the night to obtain a more favorable male to female ratio and to increase your chances of getting lucky if that’s what your after.
