Station Casinos’ Fertitta brothers to sell 14 properties

MMAWhile UFC president Dana White was coming up short in his attempt to promote mixed martial arts in the province of Ontario, Frank Fertitta III and Lorenzo Fertitta, owners of Station Casinos (in addition to the UFC and fellow MMA outfits WEC and Pride) have proposed a deal in bankruptcy court to put 14 casinos up for sale while maintaining minority control in four others. If the deal is approved, Station Casinos Inc. hopes to emerge from bankruptcy protection later on this year, albeit in a lighter weight class. Read more.
