    I personally think all Media is Social Media, the term is used to help people understand the changes in the Media landscape. When you mix customer service, SEO, Media platforms, conversation, and analytics, you get something truly powerful.

    Social Media is also not a low cost Marketing medium, it takes a lot of time and effort, there is more strategy to it then most people think.

    I'm very happy to see the industry talking about this area.

    Social media is of huge value. I agree with the first guy when he says that for little time and effort he was able to reach out and capture some new affiliates.
