Missouri: slowly getting there

Two US Representatives from Missouri have joined Barney Frank’s fight to bring regulation to online gambling, after the state legislature passed an appeal to Congress to end the sports betting ban. “We should not be so naive to think that we are going to do away with gambling by passing that [UIGEA] law,” said William Lacy Clay, after waking up and smelling some coffee. He went on to state that the state stood to earn $42 billion in the decade from gambling taxation. Read more.
