Cape Verde cuts casino fees in bid for new operators

CapeVerdeSaleCape Verde’s parliament recently began debate on amending the legal framework governing ‘games of fortune or chance’. The biggest change is the opening up of the sector to independent operators, but they’re also offering deep discounts on the fees charged to operators, presumably because there’s been little takers at the old price.
