Since the Prime Minister appeared on the Piers Morgan’s Life Stories, the Conservative Party’s lead, according to the most recent poll, is now down to just six points, from the 11-point lead earlier in the year. Given that the Conservatives held a 28-point lead not to long ago the alarming advice here is to back Gordon Brown’s lot at 8/1 to achieve the most remarkable comeback since Lazarus. Read more.
