phillywaterfrontWynn resorts is reportedly be opening a casino on the waterfront shores of the city of brotherly love, Philadelphia. The plans must still be approved by the Pennsylvania Gaming Board…Which approves pretty much anything that expands gambling in the state, so it’s pretty much a done dilly for Philly. Read more.
