even killing the UIEGA does not change anything…no public companies will be allowed back into the US again unless its with significant clearance of what exactly the rules are…meaning….it ain't happening in the next decade. But for the Private companies, I am sure removing the UIEGA will improve things a bit, but not much as the US has proved time and time again it has all the tools it needs already to harass anyone letting Americans spend their money where they want to. Welcome to back to the future everyone.
