Phil Ivey can play a bit. Ever since bursting on the scene in 2000 by winning the $2,500 Pot-Limit Omaha event in 2000 the American has been a major player in world poker, earning himself gazillions, collecting more bracelets than Liberace and being voted Player of the Decade by the conoscenti at Bluff Magazine.

And the Tiger Woods Of Poker (oh, so that’s why he got divorced) has shown no sign of slowing down after hitting the top of the all-time money list this week, sneaking back ahead of Daniel Negreanu by about $400K, thanks to his runners-up finish at the Aussie Millions.
