PartyGaming has hired former cricketer and reality TV star Phil Tufnell as its first celebrity ambassador to help boost the PartyCasino poker site’s cross-gender appeal.

It’s a stroke of genius by Party as Tuffnell has broad appeal. The men like him because in his heydey he was was known for being a bit of a joker, a smoker and a midnight toker (allegedly); the women like him because he’s charmed them on shows like I’m A Celebrity get Me Out Of Here and Strictly Come Dancing.
