For the best part of the last two months major changes have been rumoured to be about to occur for the second largest online poker site, Full Tilt, with industry insiders expecting imminent announcements from not just Full Tilt Poker, but also other sites like PokerStars and PartyPoker regarding their VIP rewards systems.
