Some form of regulation is likely good….but governments can never resist the temptation to over regulate and if eCom options are avaialbe and marketing is not blocked entirely, low regulated and low taxed jurisditions will always be a fertile incubator for companies that will be industry dominators. Over regulation is not the only way to create trust and fairness.
